- Inside oven clean£45.000Racks, glass and interior degreased by hand, for the first oven (one single oven). A double oven, a second oven or a range cooker has more than one: each oven after the first is an Extra oven. Not a dip-tank restoration of burnt-on carbon. You provide the oven cleaner.
- Extra oven£25.00 per extra ovenCount each oven after the first (a double oven is 1).Add the Inside oven clean first0One for every oven after the first. A second separate oven (a second kitchen's, say) is 1, the lower oven of a double oven is 1, and each extra oven or grill compartment of a range cooker or an Aga is 1: a three-oven range cooker is 2, a four-oven Aga is 3. A warming drawer or a microwave does not count, and a hob is not an oven. It is added to the Inside oven clean, which covers the first oven (an end of tenancy clean already includes one single oven, so there you add only the extra ones). You provide the oven cleaner.
- American-style fridge£25.000For a wide American-style double-door fridge-freezer: shelves, drawers and the freezer compartment wiped out, not defrosted. A deep clean and an end of tenancy clean already include a standard fridge-freezer, so on those add this only for an American-style unit; everywhere else choose it instead of, not as well as, the Inside fridge clean. A second fridge or a separate freezer is an Extra fridge or freezer.

Count each window you can reach from the floor, in any room: several panes or sashes in one frame are one window, a bay or bow window counts as three however it is built, and each glass panel in an outside door (patio, French, balcony, a glazed back door) counts as one (a pair of French doors is two). Not included: outside faces, anything that needs ladders or access equipment, roof windows, internal doors (glazed or not), mirrors, shower screens and door tracks. We clean the number you book, not all the windows.

- Property is furnished£25.000Cleaning around and behind furniture takes longer than an empty property. We move light items; we don't lift wardrobes, beds or appliances.

Уборка end of tenancy включает внутреннюю часть одной обычной духовки, одного стандартного холодильника с морозильной камерой и микроволновки, а также внутреннюю часть пустых шкафов. В обоих случаях можно также добавить каждую следующую духовку после первой (двойная духовка считается одной дополнительной духовкой), американский холодильник, разморозку холодильника или морозильной камеры, каждый следующий холодильник или морозильную камеру после первого, мытьё вашей кухонной посуды и окна изнутри, цена за каждое окно. Чистка холодильника с морозильной камерой охватывает полки, ящики и морозильное отделение, протёртые внутри: мы не размораживаем их и ничего не выбрасываем, не спросив вас. Шкафы должны быть пустыми. Чистящие средства, включая средство для духовки, предоставляете вы. Чистка ковров — отдельная услуга, стоимость которой мы рассчитываем.
