Racks, glass and interior degreased by hand, for the first oven (one single oven). A double oven, a second oven or a range cooker has more than one: each oven after the first is an Extra oven. Not a dip-tank restoration of burnt-on carbon. You provide the oven cleaner.

One for every oven after the first. A second separate oven (a second kitchen's, say) is 1, the lower oven of a double oven is 1, and each extra oven or grill compartment of a range cooker or an Aga is 1: a three-oven range cooker is 2, a four-oven Aga is 3. A warming drawer or a microwave does not count, and a hob is not an oven. It is added to the Inside oven clean, which covers the first oven (an end of tenancy clean already includes one single oven, so there you add only the extra ones). You provide the oven cleaner.

Shelves and drawers emptied, washed and wiped down, freezer compartment included (not defrosted), for one fridge-freezer in one cabinet. A second fridge or a separate freezer is an Extra fridge or freezer. Please clear out food first — we won't throw anything away without asking.

For a wide American-style double-door fridge-freezer: shelves, drawers and the freezer compartment wiped out, not defrosted. A deep clean and an end of tenancy clean already include a standard fridge-freezer, so on those add this only for an American-style unit; everywhere else choose it instead of, not as well as, the Inside fridge clean. A second fridge or a separate freezer is an Extra fridge or freezer.

One for each separate fridge or freezer beyond your main fridge-freezer: a second fridge, an under-counter or drinks fridge, a chest or garage freezer. A fridge-freezer in one cabinet counts as one, not two. Your main one is the Inside fridge clean (a deep clean and an end of tenancy clean already include it). Emptied by you first, then washed and wiped down; we do not defrost, that is a separate extra. A wide American-style unit has its own extra.

Glass, frame and sill of each window, cleaned from inside, priced by the number of windows and not by time. Count each window you can reach from the floor, in any room: several panes or sashes in one frame are one window, a bay or bow window counts as three however it is built, and each glass panel in an outside door (patio, French, balcony, a glazed back door) counts as one (a pair of French doors is two). Not included: outside faces, anything that needs ladders or access equipment, roof windows, internal doors (glazed or not), mirrors, shower screens and door tracks. We clean the number you book, not all the windows.

Priced per machine load, washed and dried in your machine with your detergent. Your cleaner starts a load and moves it on while they are there; they cannot wait for the whole cycle, so a load may still be running when they leave.
