02Choose a service & get an instant price
Select regular cleaning, a one-off deep clean, end of tenancy, or an Airbnb turnover. Tell us your property size and frequency — the price you see is final, no call-out fees.
03Book a date and pay securely
One-off cleans are paid in full at booking via Stripe. Regular cleans use a card on file, charged automatically after each completed visit. Cancel free up to 24 hours before.
04A vetted cleaner is assigned
Every cleaner on our roster is interviewed, right-to-work checked, reference-checked, and completes a trial shift before joining. You'll see your cleaner's name once assigned.
05Manage everything from your account
View upcoming and past bookings, reschedule or cancel, see payment history, and message our team — all from your Staff2Clean account.
06After the clean
We'll ask for a quick review after your clean — it helps other clients and keeps our roster accountable. One-off clients get a simple rebooking prompt.
