A warming drawer or a microwave does not count, and a hob is not an oven. It is added to the Inside oven clean, which covers the first oven (an end of tenancy clean already includes one single oven, so there you add only the extra ones). You provide the oven cleaner.
- American-style fridge£25.000For a wide American-style double-door fridge-freezer: shelves, drawers and the freezer compartment wiped out, not defrosted. A deep clean and an end of tenancy clean already include a standard fridge-freezer, so on those add this only for an American-style unit; everywhere else choose it instead of, not as well as, the Inside fridge clean. A second fridge or a separate freezer is an Extra fridge or freezer.

A fridge-freezer in one cabinet counts as one, not two. Your main one is the Inside fridge clean (a deep clean and an end of tenancy clean already include it). Emptied by you first, then washed and wiped down; we do not defrost, that is a separate extra. A wide American-style unit has its own extra.

Count each window you can reach from the floor, in any room: several panes or sashes in one frame are one window, a bay or bow window counts as three however it is built, and each glass panel in an outside door (patio, French, balcony, a glazed back door) counts as one (a pair of French doors is two). Not included: outside faces, anything that needs ladders or access equipment, roof windows, internal doors (glazed or not), mirrors, shower screens and door tracks. We clean the number you book, not all the windows.

- Property is furnished£25.000Cleaning around and behind furniture takes longer than an empty property. We move light items; we don't lift wardrobes, beds or appliances.

We clean to a high standard consistent with typical agent expectations, but we can't guarantee a specific third-party inventory outcome.
What do you clean inside the kitchen?
A deep clean includes the inside of the microwave and of one standard fridge-freezer, and inside empty cupboardsAn end of tenancy clean includes the inside of one single oven, one standard fridge-freezer and the microwave, and inside empty cupboards. On both, you can also add each oven after the first (a double oven is one extra oven), an American-style fridge, defrosting a fridge or freezer, each fridge or freezer after the first, washing your kitchenware and interior windows, priced by the window. The fridge-freezer clean covers the shelves, the drawers and the freezer compartment, wiped out: we do not defrost it, and we do not throw anything away without asking. Cupboards need to be empty. You provide the cleaning products, oven cleaner included. Carpet cleaning is a separate service that we quote for.
