FAQs
- Can the builders still be working while you clean?
- No — the property needs to be clear of builders, tools and materials before we start, or the dust simply comes straight back. Allow at least 48 hours after the work finishes.
- How is this different from a deep clean?
- Construction dust is far finer and more pervasive than household dust, and it needs repeated passes and different equipment. After-builders cleaning takes longer and is priced accordingly.
- Do you remove paint or plaster splashes?
- Where it can be done safely without damaging the surface underneath, yes. We won't attempt anything that risks marking new paintwork or flooring — we'll flag it instead.
