El polvo de una reforma llega a todas partes y no sale con una limpieza normal. Un precio fijo según el tamaño del inmueble, para que pueda volver a instalarse de verdad. Limpiamos con la aspiradora y los productos que haya en el inmueble, y el polvo fino es mucho más fácil con una aspiradora para polvo fino: si tiene una, téngala preparada; si no, díganoslo antes de reservar.

A deep clean and an end of tenancy clean already include a standard fridge-freezer, so on those add this only for an American-style unit; everywhere else choose it instead of, not as well as, the Inside fridge clean. A second fridge or a separate freezer is an Extra fridge or freezer.

No: el inmueble debe estar libre de obreros, herramientas y materiales antes de empezar, o el polvo vuelve enseguida. Deje pasar al menos 48 horas desde que termine el trabajo.
¿En qué se diferencia de una limpieza deep clean?
El polvo de obra es mucho más fino y se extiende más que el polvo doméstico, y requiere varias pasadas y, a ser posible, una aspiradora para polvo fino. La limpieza de final de obra lleva más tiempo y su precio lo refleja.
¿Quitan las salpicaduras de pintura o de yeso?
Sí, cuando se puede hacer con seguridad y sin dañar la superficie que hay debajo. No intentaremos nada que pueda marcar pintura o suelos nuevos: lo señalaremos en su lugar.
