A warming drawer or a microwave does not count, and a hob is not an oven. It is added to the Inside oven clean, which covers the first oven (an end of tenancy clean already includes one single oven, so there you add only the extra ones). You provide the oven cleaner.

A deep clean and an end of tenancy clean already include a standard fridge-freezer, so on those add this only for an American-style unit; everywhere else choose it instead of, not as well as, the Inside fridge clean. A second fridge or a separate freezer is an Extra fridge or freezer.
